Psychotherapy is the process of relieving, changing and transforming and restructuring the spiritual pain of the person since the beginning of humanity. The addresing of psychotherapy as a science begins with Freud. Working especially on neurosis cases, Freud aims at gaining insight and healing with techniques and interpretations that will enable the patient to realize their condition in therapy. This is like transferring Newtonian physics to psychotherapy. If we were to cluster the therapy methods in general terms, we can say that the therapies focus on behavior, cognition, unconscious and emotional existence. Now, if we examine the therapies under two groups, they are single-person therapies under the influence of Newtonian physics and two-person therapies under the influence of Quantum phys- ics. It is based on the latest neuro- biological scientific knowledge that brain development can only occur with another brain in two-person therapies. According to Heinz Kohut, communication based on interaction is one of the basic needs of human beings. Today, it is argued that two- person therapies are more effective than one-person therapies, and this is being supported by research. One of the aims of this study is to discuss the results of the survey in Turkey in order to make a comparison the single-person therapy and the two-person therapy.
